Jon Burgerman traverses the boundaries of Urban Art, Design and Performance. The characters of his colourful and humorous Comic Art have caught the attention of an international audience. Burgerman has exhibited along side contemporary artists such as Banksy, Damien Hirst or Vivienne Westwood. His works are presented in famous collections e.g. the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. Besides working on projects for Sony, Nike or Pepsi, Jon Burgerman continues to show his cartoon-like artworks in off-locations. As one of the two members of the electro-band „Anxieteam“ he tours around the world with the equally well noted artist Jim Avignon. Jon Burgerman lives and works in New York.
